Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know, and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. If, in the unfortunate event, you do need to return an item, you have 30 days from purchase to do so.
We're a small, family-run business, so we keep our drops limited. Once it's gone, it's gone — that's what makes it special. If something flies off the shelves, we might bring it back, but we'd rather keep things fresh than predictable. Follow us on Instagram so you don't miss a thing.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our aim is to send it out 1-3 business days from purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high-quality, sustainably & ethically made, and fairly priced.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
We do — and we're so excited to be able to reach you! All shipping costs are calculated in GBP at checkout. One thing to flag: depending on where you're based, your order may be subject to import taxes and duties charged by your local customs authority. Given the current global trade climate, these can be on the higher side — they're outside our control and unfortunately not something we're able to cover as a small, independent brand. We'd suggest checking your country's import rules before placing your order so there are no surprises at the door.
